We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms below.

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made and made-to-order items (including personalized jerseys) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to request a refund: Contact us at info@turner-west.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping methods & delivery times: We ship via standard and expedited carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped.

Shipping costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your order.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will always help you track and resolve any issues.
